Available payment methods
Payments go through StreamPay, which supports:
- mada: Saudi bank cards
- Apple Pay: the fastest way to pay from your phone
- Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard
Prices show in the currency you pick under Country & currency, and what you see is what you pay, with no hidden fees.
Payment failed?
It can happen because of insufficient balance, a purchase limit, or a decline from your bank:
- Open the orders page and open the order
- Press Try again and use the same card or another one
- If mada keeps declining, make sure online purchases are turned on in your bank's app
An amount that shows as held after a failed attempt is released automatically within your bank's usual timeframe.
Security
Your card details go straight to the payment gateway and never pass through our servers. We don't see or store card numbers.
