These terms govern your use of Serverk, for game servers and bots alike. We wrote them in plain language. Read them: they are a binding agreement between you and us.
1 The service
Serverk (serverk.gg) is an Arabic-first platform for gaming communities: game servers, Discord and Telegram bots, and the tools a community runs on.
Two services are available today. Game servers: pick a game and a plan, pay, and your server is ready within minutes, managed from an Arabic-first panel. Bots: connect the Discord or Telegram bot, or any other bot, that you wrote in Node or Python, from GitHub or as a zip file, and we run it. We run the code you write; we never write the bot for you, and we don't sell ready-made bots. These same terms cover the platform's other services as they become available.
By using the platform you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Billing & Refund Policy.
2 Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account, including what the people you give access to your server or bot do, and anyone who holds one of its share links. If you are under 15, you need a guardian's consent to use the platform.
3 Bots
The bot is your code. You connect it from a GitHub repository through the Serverk GitHub App, from a public repository without the app, or as a zip file. We read the code to detect its runtime, its install, build and start commands and the names of the variables it reads, then run it as it is.
Through the GitHub App, we fetch the code with temporary read-only access to the connected repository alone, and your running bot redeploys on every push to the connected branch. A public repository connected without the app is read without signing in, or with your own GitHub account if you linked one, and it doesn't deploy on push.
4 Deployments
Each deployment stops your bot, replaces the files the new code carries, and starts it again. Files your bot wrote while running stay. You can roll back to an earlier deployment; a rollback is a new deployment of the older code.
A bot on a paid plan can turn on an HTTPS web address and up to two ports that accept connections from outside. All stay off until the bot's owner turns them on. You are responsible for what your bot serves on them, and we may turn them off if they are abused.
A public repository can carry the Serverk deploy button. Whoever presses it creates their own bot from that repository, in their own account and on their own plan. Your bot's deploy hook deploys it with no sign-in, so keep it private. Only the bot's owner can create or replace it.
5 Your bot's token and variables
You add your bot's token and its other variables in the panel. A sensitive variable is stored encrypted, and once saved, neither the panel nor our tools show it again, to you, to our team or to the AI. It never enters a backup, and it reaches only your bot itself when it starts. A variable that isn't sensitive is stored as you typed it and shown in the panel.
We never sign in with your bot's token or send any request with it. We read the bot's id from the token's own format, without sending it anywhere. Once a Discord bot is ready, we read its application's name and picture from Discord's public data, without signing in, at most once a day. A Telegram bot's name comes from the sign-in line the bot prints itself.
We don't check the token before your bot starts. If it's wrong, the bot starts, prints its own error, and we show you the cause.
6 Resources and limits
Each server or bot runs in its own isolated environment, within the RAM, CPU and disk of its plan. Bots also run inside an extra layer of isolation, because they run code our customers write.
If a server or bot goes over its plan's RAM, it stops at once, and that counts as a crash. If it crashes while running, we start it again automatically, at most twice within ten minutes; after that it stays stopped until you start it. If it crashes before it finishes starting, we don't retry, because it would crash the same way with the same files and RAM.
7 Free trial
We offer a free 3-day trial of a game server or a bot, on a plan we set for the trial, with no card. You need a Discord account linked to your Serverk account, at least 30 days old, that is a member of Serverk's Discord server.
The trial is one per person: once per Serverk account and once per Discord account, across both services, so a person who tried a server can't also try a bot, and the reverse.
We notify you on the trial's last day. When it ends, the server or bot stops, its files are kept for one day, and then it is permanently deleted. If you extend it with a payment before then, you keep the same server or bot with its files, and it becomes a paid subscription.
We may stop offering the trial at any time.
8 Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select from those we support, and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged.
Payments are processed by licensed payment providers based on your country, and card numbers never touch our systems. We may add more providers and currencies for other countries in the future.
You buy on the website only. The mobile app sells nothing: it shows the state of your servers and bots and lets you manage them.
9 Duration and extension
The service is prepaid. By the month, for game servers and bots: each month equals 30 days from the payment date. By the hour, for game servers only and where offered: you buy a pack of hours that is counted only while the server runs. Bots are sold by the month only.
There is no auto-renewal and no automatic charge. You extend your server or bot whenever you want, and extensions stack on top of your remaining time. The details are in the Billing & Refund Policy.
10 Expiry
From seven days before your time runs out, the panel shows the end date, and we notify you three days and one day before it. On hourly billing, your time runs out when your hours do. On expiry the server or bot stops and cannot be started, while your files stay stored and downloadable for seven more days, during which you can extend.
After the grace period the server or bot and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. On a free trial the grace period is one day.
Backups that have an off-site copy stay downloadable from the backup vault in your account for 30 days after deletion.
11 Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for anything illegal, to attack or harm the platform or others, to run denial-of-service attacks, to mine cryptocurrency, to run proxies, for phishing, or to abuse resources in ways that hurt other customers.
Bots have extra rules. Your bot must follow the developer terms and policies of every platform it connects to, such as Discord and Telegram. In particular, it may not send spam or unwanted mass messages, abuse a platform's API or work around its limits, run a regular user account as a bot (a self-bot) or automate user accounts, collect users' data or messages without permission, harass people, or flood Discord servers with accounts or messages (raids).
What your bot serves on its web address or ports follows these rules too. In particular, it may not serve phishing pages, run a proxy, or host anything unrelated to the bot.
You are responsible for what your bot does and for its compliance with Discord's and Telegram's terms. Any action those platforms take against your bot or your account with them is between you and them.
We may suspend or terminate any violating server or bot without prior notice. A server or bot we suspend cannot be started until we lift the suspension.
12 Your content and code
Your server's and bot's files and data, and your bot's code, belong to you. We only access them as far as operating the service requires, or for support at your request. You are responsible for your server's and bot's content, for having the right to run the code you deploy, and for keeping backups of what matters to you.
13 AI and connected apps
The Serverk assistant acts with your own permissions, can't do more than you can in the panel, and asks for your approval before consequential actions such as stopping a server, restoring a backup or changing files. Review what it proposes before you approve it, because its answers can be wrong.
You can connect outside apps to your account through MCP, such as the AI tools you write your bot's code with. A connected app acts as you once you approve it in your browser, only within the access you approved, and can't do more than you can in the panel: it can't create a server or bot, and it can't pay. If you give it access to consequential actions, it carries them out without asking you again. You are responsible for what an app you connect does, and you can revoke its access at any time from Connected apps in your account.
14 Availability
We work hard to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions, and we don't promise an uptime percentage. The online time the panel shows for your server or bot is what our platform recorded, not a guarantee, and we don't check whether Discord or Telegram can reach your bot. We may run scheduled maintenance and will keep its impact minimal.
15 Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the last three months, and we are not liable for indirect damages, for data loss resulting from missing backups, or for what your bot does or what outside platforms do to it.
16 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your server or bot, or stop using the service, at any time.
17 Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the latest version on this page; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
18 Support and contact
Open a support ticket from the panel or from Serverk's Discord server. On a panel ticket, AI answers first and hands the ticket to our team when it can't help or when you ask for a person, and billing tickets go straight to our team. We reply within 24 hours.
