These terms govern your use of ServerK. We wrote them in plain language — read them, they are a binding agreement between you and us.
1 The service
ServerK (serverk.gg) is a game server hosting platform: pick a game and a plan, pay, and your server is running within minutes, managed from an Arabic-first panel.
By using the platform you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Billing & Refund Policy.
2 Your account
You agree to provide accurate information when signing up, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account. If you are under 15, you need a guardian's consent to use the platform.
3 Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select from those we support, and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged.
Payments are processed by licensed payment providers based on your country, and card numbers never touch our systems. We may add more providers and currencies for other countries in the future.
4 Duration and extension
The service is prepaid: each month equals 30 days from the payment date. There is no auto-renewal and no automatic charge — you extend your server whenever you want, and extensions stack on top of your remaining time.
5 Expiry
We notify you inside the platform seven days before your time runs out. On expiry the server stops and cannot be started, while your files stay stored and downloadable for seven more days.
After the grace period the server and its data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
6 Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for anything illegal, to attack or harm the platform or others, to run denial-of-service attacks, to mine cryptocurrency, or to abuse resources in ways that hurt other customers.
We may stop or terminate any violating server without prior notice.
7 Your content
Your server's files and data belong to you. We only access them as far as operating the service requires, or for support at your request. You are responsible for your server's content and for keeping backups of what matters to you.
8 Availability
We work hard to keep the service available, but we cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions. We may run scheduled maintenance and will keep its impact minimal.
9 Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed what you paid us in the last three months, and we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss resulting from missing backups.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your server or stop using the service at any time.
11 Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time and will publish the latest version on this page; continued use means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
