Renewal & cancellation
- The service is prepaid: each month equals 30 days starting the moment you pay.
- We never store your payment method and never renew on your behalf — no surprise charges.
- When the time ends the server stops immediately; you can extend at any time from the panel.
- After it stops, your data is kept for 7 days to download or extend, then permanently deleted.
Refunds
The first server on your account carries a 14-day money-back guarantee — the full amount, straight back to your card. Renewals, later servers and upgrades are not refundable.
