Ask the players in the community, or open a private ticket with the team inside the Serverk Discord.
If you can't sign in, or have no account
Write to us and a person on the team reads it. It also fits formal and business requests.
Coming from another provider?
Upload your files yourself from the panel or over SFTP, or open a migration ticket and we do it for free.
