1 Currency
All prices are shown in the currency you select from those we support, and the amount displayed at checkout is the amount charged.
We may offer other currencies and payment providers based on your country in the future.
2 Billing cycle
The service is prepaid: each month equals 30 days starting the moment you pay. Extensions stack on top of your remaining time, and extending a suspended server restarts its time from the new payment date.
3 No auto-renewal
We do not store your payment method for automatic charges and we never renew on your behalf. When the time ends, the service stops — no surprise charges.
4 Failed payments
If a payment fails you are not charged anything, and you can retry right away.
5 14-day money-back guarantee
The first server ever purchased on an account is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Within 14 days of that payment you may request the full amount back from the panel, the amount returns to the same payment method, and the server together with its files and backups is deleted.
The guarantee is used once per account, not once per server. It covers that first server only, and it is waived on that server once you extend it or change its plan, because paid extension time is not refundable.
6 What is never refundable
Renewals and extensions, any server after the first, plan upgrades, and game changes are not refundable.
Changing the game on a server neither opens a new money-back window nor removes an existing one: a game change is the alternative to a refund, not a refund.
7 Automatic refunds
If your payment completes for an order that was already cancelled (for example, cancelled while you were completing bank verification), the full amount is automatically refunded to the same payment method.
The same applies when setup fails on our side and we cannot deliver the server: the payment is returned in full without you asking for it.
8 Integrity refunds
If a payment reaches us twice, or for an amount that does not match what you approved, or for a server that no longer exists, we refund it in full on our own initiative and you do not need to contact us.
9 How a refund is returned
Every refund is returned to the same payment method used for the payment; we cannot send it anywhere else. A credit note is issued against the refunded invoice and appears in your billing page.
10 Suspension and deletion
When your time ends the server stops immediately, your data is kept for seven days during which you can download it or extend, and after that the server is permanently deleted.
